Z Axis Problem

Hi!

I have a Problem with my I3 Pro X Printer. The problem is that my Z Axis seems that it doesn't move enouth and therefore the printed object is flat and not so high like is shows in the slider software.

when i move the Z axis manually it moves right but when i think not enough. i used the software cura and the problem begin.

can also please upload a cura Profile for my I3 Pro X Printer.

Hi, you can check if your z-axis motor is running normally,
If it does n’t work properly,
Try swapping the z-axis motor port and the x-axis motor port,
See if it works,
There is a problem with the z-axis motor line if possible,
Or exchange the motor wire of the z-axis motor port with the motor wire of the x-axis motor port on the motherboard.
Check if it is the problem of the z-axis motor port on the motherboard.

ok i will tr

do you think that a GCode from cura can manipulate so that the engine dont turn exactly or to slow and therefore the object is flat?

If you forbid the z-axis, maybe,

You can also try re-slice printing.
