Novice - the first extruder start-up.

Post by Fractos303 » Mon Dec 24, 2018 10:46 pm

I just mounted the printer and when I went to place the filament for the first printing, the extruder does not work. I have followed some recommendations already mentioned:
- I have checked that the cables and the stepper motor work correctly.
- I have checked that the stepper motor controller works correctly.
Please help me.

Hello.

Please write down more precisely what symptoms you are observing.
Can you hear any noises, etc. ...
What model of printer did you buy? What type of controller board do you have?

The more details you give, the easier it will be to give an appropriate diagnosis.
;)

1.Check the temp of the hotend more than 170C
2.Try to check the motor cables loose or not
3.If it allows, you can try to swap the A4988 then you can know the result
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
