Ceramic Heater Catridge broked

Hi
My printer is i3 Pro C Dual extruder with 1.75 mm,0.4 noozel.My extruder Heating wire got cut(See picture.as per
my knowledge it is Ceramic Heater Catridge )
Please let me know Which one i have to buy?Please give me details like ( Diameter ,Temperature ,Wattage ,Input Volt)
Because there is different specipications are there.It should support my main board GT2560.

Also please let me know how to install new Ceramic Heater Catridge (Don't forget to answer this)
