Is your hotend temperature too high that caused the clog? Maybe it is not well cooled down.

Yes, it might be the heater setting was too high (250C), however, as in my other posts, the real issue is the lack of a bevel on the throat and the gear is too large for 3mm and makes the filament bend to get through.
