G2560 Rev A+ Need Help! | Nothing Moves or Heats Up

Post by Enratic » Sun Mar 15, 2020 11:02 am

I just put together my 3d printer & nothing will move or heat up. The LCD turns on and displays temperatures along with the options menu working but when I try to use the "Auto Home" option nothing moves. I've also tried pre heating the hot plate and it doesn't get hot either. I've triple checked that my PSU & board is wired correctly and according to the diagrams and videos I've watched I did it correctly. Also my computer does recognize the board when I plug into usb.

Hi, can you control the movement of each axis through the screen or the computer's slicing software?

If there is a normally moving motor, you can exchange the normal running motor line and the non-operational motor line to check the situation.

Regarding the heating problem, you can check whether the wiring part is loose,
If the wiring is not loose, you can try to measure the thermistor.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
