GT2560 Dieing and Dead

My second Genuine GT2560 is dieing, It has blown the fuse and melted the holder, I have bought replacement fuses and swapped them over to find it didnt blow. The board is only running a E3D V6 and a Prusa MK2B both genuine with 2 fans, this shouldn't be a high load.
What could be causing these boards to die ? (The cables are fully in and nothing is shorting/touching)

Make precise photos of individual components, cabling and whole.
Maybe something can be spotted ...
