Por favor, comprobar la tensión de salida de la fuente de alimentación. Normalmente, no debe haber 2 grupos de tensión de salida de 12V.
Por favor, prueba el voltaje entre el cable rojo y el cable negro.

hola entre cada grupo de cable me da un voltaje de 11.09v

La fuente de alimentación está bien.
Ahora, por favor responder a algunas preguntas:
1.¿Los fans de trabajo cuando se enciende la impresora?
2.¿Puedes mover motores de LCD?
a) Casa Auto. ( Prepare>auto home)
b) eje Move. (Prepare>Move Axis>Move 1mm>Move X/Y/Z).
3.Puedes calentar la cama caliente? (Control>Temperature>Bed>Gire la perilla>Pulse el mando)
4.Puedes calentar el extrusor? (Control>Temperature>Nozzle>Gire la perilla>Pulse el mando)
5.¿Puedes mover el motor extrusora después de calentar extrusora? (Prepare>Move Axis>Move 1mm>Extruder)

Si no puede hacerlo en la pantalla LCD, por favor tratar de conntrol en el ordenador.

1.- si prenden los fans
2.- no puedo mover los motores porq la lcd no prende
a) no prende la lcd
3.- no se puede calentar ya que la lcd no prende
4.- no se puede calentar ya que la lcd no prende
5.- no se puede mover ya que la lcd no prende

cuando lo conecto con la pc se queda en espera mandando comando pero no puedo manipularlo tampoco con la pc

Creo que la tarjeta madre está muerta, por favor póngase en contacto con el servicio al cliente.
Pero la fuente de alimentación está bien.

I got my prusa i3 with sanguinololu 1.3a board up and running pretty smoothly for about half a roll of pla filament but a component on the board failed. see attached photos.It looks as if the component next to the output for the heated bed is burned up. The rest of the board seems to be functioning normally but the heated bed will not turn off, so the printer is not usable at this time. I believe the board has a defective component and i was wondering what geeetech's warranty policy was and if they will replace the board. Is this a known issue or just an isolated bad component.

You can replace a new MOSFET yourself.
What is the resistance of the heated bed?

I'm not sure what the resistance is. How do I find that? My heated bed is the Mk2a supplied by Geeetech ,in the printer kit.

You should unplug the heating wires, and use a multimeter to test the resistance like this:
