how to programe 3d printer motherboard

Hello..Im having problem on how to programme my motherboard for the printer..I downloaded everything and cant seem to get it right..i tried downloading the driver but it says the driver is signature enforcement ..so my computer wont download it..Dont you have an all in one software were I just install and my machine works..The lcd comes on but still wont display the graphics until I load and programme the board..please help..I thought once I build the 3d printer it will just be plug and print..

hello..Its a Sanguinololu (standard) Mega2560+Ramps printerboard..It works with the lcd2004 controller..im using the Acrylic Geeetech i3 pro 3d printer..
