PWM fans will not want to leave, what do you mean by that, it can't run or you can't control it?

Hi guys , I have made the jumper to jp2 , but only increased the speed of the fans , pwm is dead , does not want to light up , I wrote geeetech care , and they told me to measure the voltage of the MOSFET , which to me is irregular , turning on and off by repetier the fan should have on pins 1 and 3 0v is turned off 12v , but I have 1V when it is turned on and 0V when power is off , so I would not want the mosfet is damaged , even misuranto the voltage between the pins of the mosfet and those of the pWM comes to me , Pin1 Pin1 12v , 5v pin 2 pin 2 , pin 3 pin3 5v .
Now I rewrote an email with these values , and we see that they answer me
