Extruder E0 clogged at extruder head

Post by Thegrinch » Tue Jan 28, 2020 6:42 am

How do i clean it ?
i just got the printer and test print the dog. Dog came out fine at the bottom then at the top came out bad.
i didnt think much of it and printed other stuff and never really got it to print good. all this time i was just using one color so the extruder E1 was working all the time. So now i tried to test print 2 colors and i just realized extruder E0 doesnt feed the filament at all. I see the extruder gear turning but its not feeding it. I tried to tighten it up and no luck. still doesnt fed it and its just scratching the filament. Then i took out the teflon feeding tubes and then filament started to come out. It seems that my E0 extruder doesnt like to push tru resistants. any kind of resistants it doesnt push through.
also i was looking into the extruder head and the E0 sides seems like its clogged. i cant get filament to go through it manually..
how do i fix my E0 extruder feeder and how do i clean the extruder head??????

Hi,You can talk about nozzles steadily heated to 200 and then use tools to talk about supplies to clean up.
