end stop failure

hi help the end stop microswitches for both the x and z axis have both had the metal tang that presses the button when tha carriage comes to home have both broken almost at the same time is there a better switch I can use or another fix anybody knows of

yes my friend whats happened is the metal tang that sits above the red dot switch has broken at the point where it is attached to the micro switch proper

on both the z axis and x axis end stop micro switches the whole metal part has come off them both
