Temperature fluctuations

Post by thebakker » Sat Jan 18, 2020 8:14 pm

Hello,

I noticed that my temperature (hot end) is fluctuating very heavily.
When printing at 200c it fluctuates between 185 and 205 in seconds.

I tried PID tuning but it didn't help anything

You can see it in this video (it isn't sped up).

I even had a print failed because the printer said it failed heating

:D Hi, You can
1. Check whether the hot-end wiring is loose, including the wiring on the motherboard;
2. Reflash the firmware;
3. There may be a problem with the chip on the motherboard.

I hope this can help you.
