object loosening while printing

Post by tovo » Sun Aug 04, 2019 12:13 am

Hello,

I've got a problem printing with my new a20m.

Whenever I start a print it works fine for about .5 to 1cm height of the test print object. Thereafter the object loosens from the bed (ground plate) and the print is ruined. I us PLA, bed temperature 55, 60, 80 and 90° won't make any difference, print speed 80%, nozzle temperature between 190-210° didn't make any difference.

Can someone help me?

THX!

Thomas

Hi, You can try to level the hotbed;
Maybe the distance between the nozzle and the hotbed is too close.
The nozzle scraping print model causes this to happen.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.
-Respect others is the best way you can get help!
