The print cooling fan is always on

Main board GT2560v3.1
The print cooling fan is always on.
Wiring like on the picture below.
Red arrow is pointing the fan connectors.
How to fix it?

Hi,you mean the blower, the fan that cools the nozzle?

Yes, this one. It should work with PWM and started by gcode.

Hi,this should be because the motherboard chip cannot control the blower.
You can contact the salesperson on the purchase platform to replace the motherboard.
