It seems i have managed to get it to print with the ABS.

It's very low quality. It seems to be working if i manually push the filament until it gets the flow going then it starts to print but after some time it just gets stuck... with the same settings and everything that was working perfectly it suddenly stops extruding. I also have some air bubbles forming in the hot-end but it has worked while the Filament was popping.

Also sometimes the filament worked smoothly and perfectly at 257, then lowering the temperature at 251 would get it working again.

I haven't experienced any bad /sever warping or part getting unstuck after boosting the heatbed to 115 but. it seems it takes a long time to get to that temp ( after aprox. 100 it goes 1 degree/minute).

I think the filament might be bad tho but i want to give it a few more tries before requesting a refund.

Hi there.

I have managed to get a fairly accurate print with 0.5 nozzle. It still seems it lacks layers from time to time, like either its too far, either it doesn't extrude enough.
Also when get the temp up on the extruder to start pushing out plastic...when click on the extrude 10mm in repetier, it moves very very little ( around 2-3 mm) and sometimes it doesn't extrude at all.. If i push by hand it starts flowing better. Also if i retract a bit of filament.

Update 3 (?)

It seems that i have manage to fix this buy upgrading to the Aluminium Feeder - https://www.geeetech.com/mk8-extruder-a ... p-995.html and it immediately solved the under-extrusion problems and all others i had
Also it seems that the 40W heating capsule wasn't properly fixed in the heater block.
Also the Bearing on the X axis idle wheel was causing some problems and it broke, it's running just in one bearing and it's running good - no more X axis blocking and skipping steps.

Now with the Aluminium feeder ( besides the old screws do not fit anymore, need M30X42) it seems that at high speeds sometimes it's skipping steps.

Other than this I've managed to get a pretty good print with then 0.5mm nozzle
