hi,you can pull out filament and remove fan in front of fan to see extruder movement more clearly.please clik +10mm or -10mm to test the motor's direction.

hi,buzmal. how much temperature you set up for extruder?the temperature for pla is 190°-210°.and the gap from nozzle tip to print bed surface is the thickness of an A4 paper.in addition,please see if the filament is place in correct position.it should be along with the groove of the philip screw.

hi,maga.do the y still hit the endstop constantly.i do a test,if i connect y endstop cable to x connector on mainbaord.the y will hit endstop constably without stop.please see if the endstop cables connection are correct.
