I am sure you are using wrong app for your printer.

What's your app version and wifibox sn? what's your phone os?

@NathanZ It seems like you didn't insert TF card into printer.

Easyprint connecting would cause serial port reset and let the printer enter boot/standard mode(reboot), that's normal.

What you said is indeed our direction of WiFi module. But we do not have enough manpower to do this at this stage.

You are right, V1.35.56 doesn't support some configurations yet. we are testing our new firmware and will put it online in a few weeks.

Like kaktus said, there are the normal features.

More importantly, Wifibox hasn't been used by many people yet. We cannot give priority to develope PC Desktop.
