Hi
My I3 Pro B is printing really well but I have noticed it stuttering quite frequently. It will be running along quite nicely and then for about 10 to 20 seconds will stutter a lot. The stutters are less than a second but are quite noticeable.
Is this normal ?
Thanks,
Ben

3D Benchy Issue
HI All I have gone from extreme under extrusion to decent prints on my Prusa I3 B, However, I am trying to print out the 3DBenchy boat model and have a fairly serious issue. It all looks good until between 25 and 35 layers in, when for some reason the nozzle seems to grab hold of the model and move ...

Re: SOLVED - Gaps in First Prints
Solved this - it seemed to be a combination of problems including pressure from the extruder spring. A lot of Google and some trial and error (and a new batch of filament) seems to have solved the under extrusion problem. I still need to calibrate the extruder fully and I will do that tonight I thin...

Re: I3 Pro B Gap Problem
Hi
I figured out the under-extrusion issue and am getting some much better results now.
I may have other issues though, and will post when I work out what's going on,.
Thanks all for assistance

SOLVED - I3 Pro B Gap Problem
Hi Apologies - I am a total noob to this 3D printing thing. We have built a Geeetech Prusa I3 B and have calibrated it according to the Geeetech instructions for calibration through Repetier Host. I have attached a photo of the output from our first print job which is intended to be a hex nut. The p...

SOLVED - Gaps in First Prints
Hi Many apologies - I am a total noob to this 3D printing thing. We have built a Geeetech Prusa i3 B and have calibrated it and printed off my first print. I have attached a photo and as it shows, there's a lot of gaps in the outside walls. I am cheered by the fact that the angles of the hex nut loo...
