Thanks for the quick reply. I am, I have plugged the non working motor into the X slot and it works fine. I've even swapped the stepper controllers on the board, but no difference. I was hoping it was a mistake i was making, but it's appearing more and more like a board issue

Hi This is my first build, but I'm not entirely clueless. Everything is hooked up correctly from what I can tell, however there seems to be something wrong at the 2560 end.
