Hello Vert, thank you. I will give it a try. I think I News to add all configuration Data to the actual Marlin Version to properly adopt to the correct printer, or will it be sufficient to Copy the config.h ?
But there should be also an option to do this in the way Geeetech is describing it.

Hello, I've tried to upload new firmware to my I3 Pro B. I've downloaded Arduino 1.0.1 and the actual Firmware. Trying to connect to my printer I've used the serial monitor. Within this I can't set the required port speed to 250000, so geht no connections and can't Download actual configuration data...

Ve and VB are on, 5V is off.

Do you have a pin layout for the wiring? I checked pin 1 and 2. Looks like Pin 1 is power and Pin 2 is Ground in both connectors. but verifýing would be easier with a proper pin layout.
