Re: A10M Connection timeouts and now cryptic signs on Display

I had a similar problem with a replacement motherboard Geeetech sent me to fix the defective heated bed circuit... rather than wait for their response, I started troubleshooting the motherboard and found that one of the CPU clock leads was essentially unsoldered. That fixed my connection timeout tha...

Re: Geeetech A10 Endstop Problem?

There is a lot more load on your PSU when the bed and nozzle start heating... I wonder if your power supply is faulty?!? Also check the obvious that your PSU is set for the proper line voltage supply for your locality.

Re: Screen has 2 lines, no info

I have a brand new A10M. Built it, turned on and have only a solid green screen. Ribbon cable looked kinked in box. Suggestions before I contact Geetech? Flash new firmware? My replacement motherboard came with a similar problem. I'm actually awaiting resolution of that with Geeetech, but they're s...

Re: extrusion problems

If you search on some of the posts I (and others) have made, I have had similar problems. If you're still on the stock firmware, I'd look hard in to trying either Vert's Marlin 2.0 or even the newer 1.1.9. Also look in (search posts) for the gentleman who had a decent Cura profile for the A-10(m)......

Replace test files on SD Card... Mine is blank

Some of you might have read in other threads some of my challenges getting my A10M up and running... After a month dealing with under-extrusion (Fixed with Marlin 2.0) and a new motherboard with defective heated bed circuit (replaced by Geeetech, arrived defective but I was able to reflow solder and...

Re: Cura json file for your Geeetech A10M printer

Thanks to the OP for this cura profile! Along with Vert's Marlin 2.0 (I am using build 210, which I understand isn't considered 'stable' on long prints -- along with all other builds for now) I am now getting very nice prints compared to the stock firmware. I particularly like that I can select whic...

Re: Flashing GT2560 v3 Bootloader

I have been working with Geeetech on several issues with my A10M, and they sent me several items to swap out... one of which was the motherboard. Prior to swapping it out, I had successfully flashed Verts Marlin 2.0 build 210 and made a test print with an unheated bed (bed heater is what was mainly ...
