Resolved the issues. Turns out there was a stripped nut on the left brass nut. It caused the rod to bend to the right and out of alignment. I am having this issue but it appears that the upper brackets (Part i3-08) is pushing the rods out of alignment. How do I go about getting replacements for this part? I have a feeling that the ones I have are slightly off.
