Easy to test - changing regional settings of system to Polish = crash during slicing because of this line 'System.Convert.ToDouble(System.String)'

I've updated my e180 with Toolkits to 1.13.16. Everything went fine - printer LCD shows correct version but EasyPrint3D v1.0.16.
It looks like the same issue. Anybody can see 1.13.16 in EasyPrint3D ?
