Hi, if you are not using 3Dtouch, it is recommended to re-level, you can adjust the height of the hot bed by the knob under the hot bed.

Hi, if the Sd card cannot be read, it may be that the screen line is not in good contact, or the shrapnel on the SD card slot is loose. It is recommended to check.

Hi, maybe the nozzle or hot end is blocked, it is recommended to clean them. The ptfe tube should be inserted at the bottom of the hot end.

Hi, if 3Dtouch cannot fall to the lowest level, it is recommended to remove the Z-axis limit switch.
