Re: Latest Firmaware Geeetech I 3 Pro C Dual Head GT2560 A+ with touch

I recently replaced my controller board and loaded in the firmware on my three year old Pro C. I've got a BLTouch that I would like to install but I needed to make sure the printer worked with the new board. I'm interested in what you find out!

BLTouch Bed Level Sensor & Dual Extruder?

Are there any tips or tricks to install the BLTouch bed level sensor on a Prusa i3 Pro C dual extruder printer? If that can't be done, what do I need to do to convert the printer to single extruder? I don't do a whole lot of two filament printing. I would like to enjoy the luxury of auto bed levelin...

Re: X-Axis Belt Comes Loose From Belt Bracket

I was in the middle of printing when it came loose the last time. I inserted a couple of short pieces from a tooth pick to wedge the cogs of the belt into the grooves in the anchor. It has held ever since.

Re: X-Axis Belt Comes Loose From Belt Bracket

By the way, it's a little too warm back there for hot glue. Looks like it began to melt after finishing a 2 1/2 hour print. It came loose again as the next print began. :(

X-Axis Belt Comes Loose From Belt Bracket

Hello, I have the acrylic i3 Pro C. I was printing the other day and the x-axis belt came loose from the blue plastic bracket on one end. I pulled it tight enough for some moderate tension and slid it in. I'm not sure how many prints I've attempted since then, but it came loose twice today. The belt...

Re: Warped heatbed problem

How thick of a piece of glass did you use and where did you obtain it? I have an Acrylic Pro C dual extruder and the bed of mine with the glass is considerably higher in the center than the corners and edges. I was adjusting my print nozzle to bed distance at the edges and found that adjusting it to...

Re: Two Color Printing Alignment

Would that go to something like -17/+15? Do they always need to be 32 mm apart or might that value need to be changed to something else (to something like -18/16)?

Thanks.

Re: ABS Adhesion and Corner Lifting

This has been sort of solved. I still have issues around the perimeter of the bed, but things are sticking much better now. Via email to my seller, who forwarded my issue, I conferred with Eric at Geeetech who was extremely helpful. I also found that the glass bed is bowed upward near the center by ...

Two Color Printing Alignment

I managed to make it through most of my adhesion issues and I thank Mark and everyone else for your suggestions and assistance. Since single color color printing seems to work at an acceptable ratio of yay/fails, I figured I'd venture into two color printing. Per the user manual for the Pro C dual e...

Re: ABS Adhesion and Corner Lifting

Please do not misinterpret this as being confrontational. That said, I don't feel that limiting the printer to PLA would be a good idea from at least a couple of aspects. This printer is sold as being capable of printing ABS and I'm sure that others have done so with very good results. If that were ...
