Re: Azteeg

I need it for a 21kHz PWM signal so it has to be pin4 as that is tied to the hardware timers within the Atmega.

You should indicate that your Azteeg is not the Azteeg shown on the net and that there are parts of the schematic missing.

Azteeg

I am trying to find pin4 PWM on the board. According to the spec there is "Extra PWM control for small fan or LEDs"

Can someone please tell me where it is. The schematic shows pin 44 as being brought out but I can't find it on the board.

Re: Azteeg

I cannot spend my life answering one question per day for an item that is "100%" tested. At this rate it will be several years before I have a working item. Read this: THE PCB IS FAULTY. I will try to say it another way: THERE IS A FAULT ON THE PCB. Perhaps you don't understand those, try this: NO W...

Re: Azteeg

Yes they are.

How could they be anything else, as I said earlier the stepper controllers have the correct signals on.

Re: Azteeg

It has just occurred to me. You mean solder when you say "tin slag" so to answer your question, I have already checked that all soldered joints are OK and that there are no solder shorts anywhere on the PCB, I did this underneath a stereo microscope. I have checked signal levels on the processor, in...

Re: Azteeg

I do not know what a tin slag is. There is no short, there cannot be, they have different signals on. dir __________________________-----------------------------------------_______________________________________--------------------------------- step _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_...

Re: Azteeg

Dir is 0 or 4.12 depending on the LEDs, step is pulsing as it should between 0 and 4.12, as it should and EN is low (0.12 volts).

Re: Azteeg

I can assure you that they are in the correct way round (EN to EN). I will take a picture later and post it. This board is faulty and it is not faulty because of the shipping. As a seller if a product is damaged in shipping then it is not packaged correctly. This product was packaged extremely well ...
